This Results Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all digital products, courses, coaching programs, and related materials (collectively referred to as the “Program”) provided by ADOPT THAT MONSTER S.R.L., a company organized and existing under the laws of Romania, and to all users (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Participant”) accessing or purchasing such content through the Adopt That Monster brand.

1. Purpose of the Program

The information and training materials provided by ADOPT THAT MONSTER S.R.L. are intended for general educational and informational purposes only. The Program is designed to share guidance, strategies, and techniques that may support Clients in improving dog‑training outcomes, communication, and the human‑animal bond.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee of Specific Results

ADOPT THAT MONSTER S.R.L. makes no express or implied representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific behavioral results, outcomes, or performance improvements. All examples, testimonials, and success stories presented in marketing materials or within the Program represent the experiences of individual Clients. These should not be interpreted as typical results or a guarantee of similar outcomes.

Every dog‑guardian relationship is unique. Results depend on numerous variables, including the dog’s temperament, background, age, breed, prior experiences, and health, as well as the guardian’s consistency, understanding, time investment, and application of the Program content. ADOPT THAT MONSTER S.R.L. does not warrant that any Client will achieve a particular result or outcome through use of the Program.

3. Client’s Responsibilities

The Client remains solely responsible at all times for:

The safety, supervision, and well‑being of their dog(s);
Selecting, adapting, and applying techniques that are appropriate for their individual circumstances and environment; and
Assessing the suitability of the Program’s recommendations for their dog’s health, temperament, and living conditions.

By participating in the Program, the Client acknowledges that all training activities are undertaken at their own risk. ADOPT THAT MONSTER S.R.L., its employees, directors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss to persons, animals, or property resulting from participation in or reliance upon the Program.

4. Not a Substitute for Professional or Veterinary Consultation

The Program and related content do not replace or substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor do they constitute behavior modification services performed by a certified canine behaviorist.

Clients are strongly advised to consult a licensed veterinarian or certified behavior professional for dogs displaying aggression, reactivity, extreme fear, or any behavioral or medical condition that may require individualized care.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADOPT THAT MONSTER S.R.L. shall not be liable to any Client or third party for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, injuries, or losses (including, without limitation, damage to animals, persons, or property) arising out of participation in the Program, reliance upon Program content, or application of its training methods.

6. No Promises or Representations of Earnings or Success

ADOPT THAT MONSTER S.R.L. does not make, and shall not be deemed to have made, any representations concerning the financial, behavioral, or personal success of any individual who uses the Program. Each Client accepts full responsibility for the results of their actions or inactions related to the Program.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Program, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Disclaimer. Clients who do not agree with these terms should refrain from using or purchasing any services or materials provided by ADOPT THAT MONSTER S.R.L.
